Overview
This policy explains what information the HudPad interface (hudpad.com) and HudPad's launch bot on X process, and what they do not. HudPad is a non-custodial web interface to smart contracts deployed on public blockchain networks (HyperEVM, ETH, Robinhood, BNB, Arc and Stable) that no one, HudPad included, can upgrade or pause. We never hold your funds, your keys, or an account for you.
HudPad is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc., Binance, Circle, the Ethereum Foundation, the Hyper Foundation, Hyperliquid Labs, LayerZero Labs, Uniswap Labs, PancakeSwap, Project X, HyperSwap, Relay, Nest, Stable, Bitfinex, Tether, Everdawn Labs, Backed Finance or BounceTech. The Interface names the networks HyperEVM, ETH (Ethereum), Robinhood (Robinhood Chain), BNB (BNB Chain), Arc and Stable solely to identify the public networks the contracts are deployed on, and names assets such as HYPE, ETH, BNB, USDC and USDT0 solely to identify assets on those networks. USDT0 is issued and operated by Everdawn Labs under licence from Tether.
No accounts, no KYC
There is nothing to sign up for. You use HudPad with a self-custodial wallet; your wallet address is pseudonymous public-blockchain data, not an account we create or manage. We never see or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords, and we will never ask for them.
Data we process
- Server logs. Like nearly every website, our server records technical request data (IP address, user agent, referring page, requested path, timestamps) for security, debugging and rate limiting. Cookie and authorization headers are stripped before the line is written, so they are never stored. Logs rotate and are kept only briefly; they are not used for advertising or sold to anyone.
- Request counts. Our server counts requests per address and per kind of client, minute by minute for the last hour, to set rate limits and to see abuse. The counts stay on our server.
- Content you choose to publish. Profile data you sign (avatar image, bio, website), community posts, forum threads and replies with any images attached to them, token images and metadata you upload at launch. All of this is public by design and shown to other visitors.
- X (Twitter) linking. If you link an X account, we store its public handle, its numeric account id (never shown) and its association with your wallet address so the verified badge can render and a coin launched for you can reach you, with a record of each time the link changes. We do not receive your X password; the OAuth flow happens on x.com.
- The launch bot. When it runs, if you post a command to HudPad's bot on X, we read that public post and keep your handle and account id with the coin it launched.
- On-chain activity. Launches, trades, moves of Omni coins between networks, fee collections and .hud registrations are public blockchain data. We index and display them; we do not create them.
We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or build cross-site profiles.
Third-party services
Serving a web3 interface involves infrastructure we do not operate. Depending on what you do, your browser or our server may exchange data with:
- Cloudflare: DNS, proxying and DDoS protection in front of our server;
- Blockchain RPC providers: reads and transaction broadcasting to the supported networks (HyperEVM, ETH, Robinhood, BNB, Arc and Stable);
- Pinata: images you upload (a coin's picture, a profile avatar, a forum attachment) are stored on our own server and served from hudpad.com, and are also pinned to IPFS through Pinata so a copy outlives our server. The file is sent under a name derived from its own contents, so the filename from your device never leaves your browser. A pinned file is content-addressed and public to anyone with its address, and copies may persist on the IPFS network after it is unpinned;
- LayerZero: only for Omni coins; opening one on several networks and moving it between them is carried by LayerZero's public messaging network, on-chain, like any other transaction;
- Relay: only if you use the bridge or buy HUD from another chain; your wallet address and the amount go to Relay to quote and route the transfer;
- Dexscreener: only if you open a coin's Dexscreener tab, which loads dexscreener.com in your browser;
- WalletConnect / Reown: only if you connect a wallet via WalletConnect (QR);
- X (Twitter): only if you start the account-linking flow;
- twitterapi.io: when the launch bot runs, our server reads the public posts addressed to it through this service;
- your wallet software: everything you sign happens inside your wallet.
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy; we encourage you to review them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have rights over your personal data: to access it, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Because the data we hold on our own server is minimal, most requests are quick to honour. One limit applies to everyone: on-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone, including us (see below). To exercise a right, use the contact channel at the end of this policy.
On-chain data is permanent
Blockchains are public, append-only and replicated worldwide. Anything you put on-chain (launches, trades, .hud names, token metadata) is permanent and outside anyone's ability to edit or delete, including ours. Think before you publish.
Content stored on our own server (profiles, community posts, forum threads and replies, uploaded images) can be removed from our interface via moderation or on request, but copies signed and published by you may persist in third-party archives, explorers or caches we do not control.
Disclaimer
Nothing on HudPad is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched through the platform are created by their users and can be worthless, illiquid, or lose all value at any time. HudPad is experimental software serving live mainnet contracts that hold real assets. Never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.
The interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HudPad and its contributors accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the interface, the underlying smart contracts, third-party services, network failures, wallet software, or the actions of other users. No one, including us, can pause, upgrade or reverse the contracts that hold coins, pools and fees. See the Terms of Service for the full terms.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the interface after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions, data requests and privacy complaints can be sent to [email protected], or raised via @hudpadlaunchpad on X.
