What the HudPad interface processes, what it never touches, and which third parties are involved. HudPad is non-custodial, sets no tracking cookies, and is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Stable, Bitfinex, Tether or Everdawn Labs.
This policy explains what information the HudPad interface (hudpad.com) processes and what it does not. HudPad is a non-custodial web interface to immutable smart contracts deployed on public blockchain networks (HyperEVM, Robinhood Chain and Stable). We never hold your funds, your keys, or an account for you.
HudPad is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc., nor to the Hyper Foundation, Hyperliquid Labs, Stable, Bitfinex, Tether or Everdawn Labs, nor to any of their affiliates. "HyperEVM", "Robinhood Chain" and "Stable" are used solely as the names of the public networks the contracts are deployed on; "HYPE" and "USDT0" solely as the names of assets on those networks.
There is nothing to sign up for. You use HudPad with a self-custodial wallet; your wallet address is pseudonymous public-blockchain data, not an account we create or manage. We never see or store private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords, and we will never ask for them.
We do not sell personal data, run advertising trackers, or build cross-site profiles.
Serving a web3 interface involves infrastructure we do not operate. Depending on what you do, your browser or our server may exchange data with:
Each of these processes data under its own privacy policy; we encourage you to review them.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have rights over your personal data: to access it, correct it, delete it, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Because the data we hold on our own server is minimal, most requests are quick to honour. One limit applies to everyone: on-chain data cannot be deleted by anyone, including us (see below). To exercise a right, use the contact channel at the end of this policy.
Blockchains are public, append-only and replicated worldwide. Anything you put on-chain (launches, trades, .hud names, token metadata) is permanent and outside anyone's ability to edit or delete, including ours. Think before you publish.
Content stored on our own server (profiles, community posts, forum threads and replies, uploaded images) can be removed from our interface via moderation or on request, but copies signed and published by you may persist in third-party archives, explorers or caches we do not control.
Nothing on HudPad is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched through the platform are created by their users, can be worthless, illiquid or lose all value at any time. HudPad is experimental software; the interface currently serves a testnet deployment. Do your own research and never risk funds you cannot afford to lose.
The interface is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HudPad and its contributors accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the interface, the underlying smart contracts, third-party services, network failures, wallet software, or the actions of other users, including loss of funds, data or profits.
Smart contracts are immutable: no one, including us, can pause, upgrade or reverse them. Interacting with them is entirely at your own risk. See the Terms of Service for the full terms that govern your use of the interface.
We may update this policy as the product evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the interface after a change constitutes acceptance. Questions, data requests and privacy complaints can be sent to [email protected], or raised via @hudpadlaunchpad on X.
